Worst Haircut I have EVER had in my life!

4 Months later, I am still having the worst time growing out the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I was not pleased with the style given to me by the owner Lena and my phone call was not returned when I called the receptionist to let the owner know that I was not at all pleased and that I was having a hard time with styling... When I went to a professional hairstylist to have the style corrected, I was told that it was ONE OF the worst haircuts she had ever seen. I was told that it was cut on the bias and was in actually 3 different styles in one. It looked like the 90's version of 'the Rachel' but cut on the bias! My hair was one length with long layers. I did say to put more layers in BUT specifically said not to go crazy with the layers... The result was/continues to be terrible... Truthfully, I did go against my better judgment going into the establishment at all... It is a dump! Chipped paint and dated Asian themed weird decor. I was desperate... This experience did not go well... I really can't believe that Lena never even called me back! Awful customer service. The WORST $187.00 I have EVER spent.... EVER!!!!!!! Cons: Bad job and bad customer service and follow-up
